Considered one of Japan's most refined green teas, gyokuro is shade-grown for several weeks before harvest, a method that develops sweeter, richer, and more umami notes. The cup is silky, vegetal, and slightly marine, with a rare depth and very little bitterness.

Ingredients: Certified pesticide-free Gyokuro Green Tea

Instructions: Steep 1 tsp in a cup of water at 55–65°C for 2 to 3 minutes.
