Ingredients: Organic Green Mate, Spearmint, Peppermint, Ginkgo Biloba, Organic Yerba Mate, Orange, Turmeric, Pumpkin, Safflower Petal

Directions: Infuse 1 tsp in a cup of 75-80°C water for 3 to 5 minutes. For an iced infusion, let cool then pour into a glass filled with ice.
