A softer, more velvety version of classic Earl Grey, enhanced by the delicacy of white tea. The bergamot notes are still present, but rounder and creamier, with a light texture that makes for an elegant and easy-to-drink cup.

Instructions: Steep 1 tsp in a cup of 75–80°C water for 3 to 5 minutes. For iced tea, let cool then pour into a glass filled with ice.
