An herbal tea that literally tastes of the Quebec boreal forest. Labrador tea, balsam fir, and cedar were once widely used in Nordic infusions to get through long winters, both for their powerful aromas and their comforting properties. Wintergreen brings a natural, almost mentholated freshness reminiscent of Quebec's wild undergrowth. A resinous, enveloping cup, deeply rooted in northern traditions.

Ingredients: Wintergreen, Labrador Tea, Cedar, Balsam Fir

Directions: Infuse 1 tsp in a cup of 95°C water for 5 to 10 minutes.
