Hyssop
Description: Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis) is an aromatic plant long used in traditional herbalism, particularly to support respiratory comfort. It is valued for its gentle tonic action and is often used during seasonal changes. In traditional use, it is also associated with mild digestive support after meals. Its naturally rich fragrance comes from its characteristic aromatic compounds.

Instructions for infusion: Infuse 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried hyssop in 250 ml of hot water for 10 minutes, then strain before consuming.
