This tea comes from the tea tree (Narcissus or Chaicha bushes), it has undergone little processing and the drying method makes it a high-quality tea. Pai Mu tan (white peony) is a fine, floral and very pleasant tea. Its floral character is reminiscent of lily and is surprisingly supported by notes of cinnamon.
