In herbal medicine, they are also used to soothe sore throats, reduce mild diarrhea, and support the immune system thanks to their nutritional composition.
Taste : Herbaceous, slightly astringent with a sweet touch.
History : Mentioned since Antiquity, raspberry leaves were used by the Greeks and Romans for their medicinal properties, particularly in the treatment of digestive and feminine disorders.
Instructions : Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried leaves in 250 ml of hot water for 10 minutes, then strain.
