Instructions for use:

We recommend using approximately 1 to 3 tablespoons of mate per cup of water. Depending on the strength you're looking for, you'll find the right dosage.

BREWING TIME

If brewing with hot water, steep for 4 to 10 minutes. If brewing cold, we recommend steeping for 1 to 20 hours. Again, it all depends on the strength you're looking for.

WATER TEMPERATURE

Mate can be brewed with hot (65-80°C) or cold water. An important thing to remember is to never use boiling water.
