History : Used for centuries, red clover was particularly prized in traditional European and Native American medicine for its virtues against menstrual disorders and as a general tonic for women.
Instructions : Steep 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried red clover flowers in 250 ml of hot water for 5 to 10 minutes, then strain.
